SHIPPING: All billing & shipping information is verified prior to the order being processed. You will be contacted via email if your information cannot be verified. Currently, Zion Rootswear only ships to addresses in the United States and Puerto Rico. As FedEx is our primary shipping carrier, Zion Rootswear does not ship to Army Post Office (APOs), Fleet Post Office (FPOs), or PO Boxes. No FedEx Express Saver 3 Day Shipping to Puerto Rico & Alaska; only FedEx 2 Day shipping is available for these areas outside the continental United States. Zion Rootswear shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods. Zion Rootswear is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim. Customers are responsible for all expedited or other extraordinary approved shipping charges. You will incur an additional $15.00 charge for any returned packages by our carrier because of an invalid shipping address. Additional shipping charges apply if returned packages are re-shipped. Please make certain that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES TO ARRIVE ON SATURDAY CARRY AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF UP TO $15.00 FOR US DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

DELIVERY TIME: Most orders leave the Zion Rootswear warehouse within one business day. Transit time for each order can vary slightly depending on the shipping method chosen, but our standard shipping service is FedEx Express Saver 3 Day, meaning the order will arrive within three business days. For example, if you order on Sunday, your package will be processed and will leave the Zion Rootswear warehouse Monday with an estimated delivery time being Thursday. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico do not have the 3 Day ship option; therefore, 2 Day shipping is their only shipping choice. As a result, all orders placed for delivery to destinations outside the continental United States have an estimated delivery time of between 2-7 days from the time the order leaves the Zion Rootswear warehouse.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Authorized returns & exchanges must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Form. Do not send goods back without an RA!

Please send an email to cs@zionrootswear.com  explaining the situation in detail including all of your contact information within 72 hours of receipt. Must have packing slip and item or items must be in the same brand new condition as when received. You will receive a call from our Customer Service Department to determine the Return Authorization and call tag if applicable. Only items that are authorized and included on Return Authorization Form should be included in the package returned to Zion Rootswear. Any additional items included in package are subject to a separate charge. All orders being returned for exchange or refund must be shipped to Zion Rootswear within fifteen (15) days from the RA approval or the order will not be accepted by Zion Rootswear. Any credit due will be issued upon receipt and processing of returned goods by Zion Rootswear.

In order to be processed in a timely fashion, RA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned packaged and all original packing material, tags, and original packing slip must be included. Please allow 3-5 business days for all authorized returns or exchanges to be processed.

CLAIMS: Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt. The seller cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. Zion Rootswear reserves the right to make the final decision as to how to resolve any claim. See RETURNS & EXCHANGES section above for guidelines.
